Project inquiries

Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to begin work. Project scope, fees, timing, deliverables, and ownership are confirmed in writing before services begin.

Intellectual property

This website and its original content are owned by Blackstack Systems LLC. Client deliverables and related rights are addressed in the applicable project agreement.

No warranty

This website is provided on an “as is” basis. General website information is not a guarantee of availability, performance, project results, or suitability for a particular purpose.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blackstack Systems LLC will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of this informational website.
