Refund Policy

Effective August 22, 2026

Blackstack Systems LLC provides custom professional and technology services. Fees, milestones, and payment schedules are defined in the applicable written proposal or service agreement.

Before work begins

If a client cancels before scheduled work begins, any refund eligibility will be determined under the applicable agreement and based on costs or commitments already incurred.

Work in progress

Payments for completed work, reserved time, approved milestones, or delivered services are generally non-refundable. If an engagement ends early, the client remains responsible for work performed and authorized costs through the termination date.

Billing concerns

Please contact us promptly if you believe a charge is incorrect. We will review the project record, agreement, invoices, and delivered work in good faith.
